North Yorkshire-based law firm McCormicks Solicitors has enhanced its commercial litigation department with the appointment of solicitor Anmol Roth. Anmol, who has completed her training contract with the firm, will now work alongside partner David Birks, helping to manage a variety of commercial litigation cases.
Anmol holds a First Class LLB (Hons) degree, with distinctions in both her Legal Practice Course and Masters, underscoring her strong academic background. During her training contract at McCormicks, she gained valuable experience and insight, particularly in commercial law, making her an ideal addition to the department.
The appointment strengthens McCormicks’ team, based in Harrogate, which serves clients across a wide range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, crime, employment law, family law, mediation and arbitration, and sport, media, and entertainment.
David Birks, a partner at McCormicks, praised Anmol’s exemplary performance during her training, stating: “Anmol has been an outstanding trainee.
